PROGRAMS

We are CrossFit purists and chase excellence in everything we do. Our programming is classic CrossFit that focuses on delivering exceptional coaching to all members to potentiate their fitness, health, and longevity. This relentless of pursuit of virtuosity, (or doing the common, uncommonly well) will optimize the results you seek, all while keeping you safe, having fun, and meeting some great friends in the process!

We currently offer the 3 below options and are accepting new members. We can accommodate CrossFit Classes (Adult and Teens):  All of our coached group classes follow a 60 minute format and include a warm up, skill development, WOD ("Workout of the Day"), and a cool down.


Drop-Ins: We would love to meet you and would love to have you check out our amazing community! Please email team@crossfitmarshfield.com at least 24 hours before stopping by for a class. The fee is $25 per athlete, per class.


Personal Training: If working out in a group isn't your thing, no problem! We can pair you up with one of our amazing coaches to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Want to know more? Shoot us an email and we'll respond within 24 hours!


Nutrition Coaching: Want to fully optimize your health and fitness? Nutrition is the x-factor needed for that. Trust us when we say, we wish we could "out-train" a diet of juicy burgers and great beers, however, that is sadly not the case. If you need some guidance on how to improve your nutrition habits, send us an email and we will pair you up with one of our amazing Nutrition Coaches, Jen DuPont who has her PhD in Applied Physiology in addition to being a Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1 Coach (Pn1) or Cristina Anderson who is also a Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1 Coach and specializes in working with those who struggle with past eating disorder or emotional eating.


Cost: $125/month with a 3-month commitment in order to help you realize long-term, lasting results and more optimal habits.
