Our first On-Ramp course will begin soon so stay tuned! Our On-Ramp at CrossFit Marshfield is a 6-class fundamentals course designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a active and healthy lifestyle.
Here you will learn the basics of gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and barbell movements with other beginners. It is our goal to make this a very comfortable, safe, and supportive environment!
